DETAILS on Hollywood Studios Halloween Dinner Party with Minnie and Friends 2016

Have you ever thought of attempting to go to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, but felt overwhelmed by the crowds, planning and the price?  Disney World is giving you another much more low key way to celebrate those ghouls at Hollywood Studios!

Minnie’s Halloween Dine at Hollywood and Vine is a dinner event held in Hollywood Studio’s restaurant, called Hollywood and Vine. It will be offered from September 12 through November 6, 2016.

This is a full buffet dinner with Minnie along with her best pals: Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy. They’ll all visit Minnie at her dinner party dressed up in their best Halloween costumes. However, as Disney always says, character appearances are subject to change, but those are the characters that both the Disney website and Disney Dining representatives are saying will be attending Minnie’s party.

While you don’t get as many characters dressed in their Halloween costumes as you would at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, you do get five main characters all dressed up without waiting in any sort of line while dining on delicious food. No complaints there!

COST: Reservations for this dining event will cost $46.99 per adult and $27.99 per child (ages 3-9), plus taxes and gratuities, for dinner. You’ll also need park admission.

They are running their regular buffet menu for the event (which includes everything from peeled shrimp to macaroni and cheese).   You may even use most dining plan credits for this special dining event, which is pretty exciting if you ask me.

There will also be activities and party favors at Minnie’s Halloween Dine at Hollywood and Vine, however, the I was unable to confirm any additional details on what these activities or party favors might be. I guess you’ll have to make your way there and check it out for yourself!

Please feel free post a comment below with your experience if you go!

To make reservations by phone call 407-WDW-DINE. You can also do it through their website or via the My Disney Experience app.  I personally prefer calling. The representatives are great about finding you availability during your stay and you don’t have to worry about any glitches on your app (which only seems to happen to me when I am trying to make a reservation).

Also stay tuned for Minnie’s Holiday Dine happening November 7th thru January 6th, 2016.

I'm Stephen Ashley. My wife and I are huge fans of Disney World. I'm the author of Walt Disney World With Disabilities. I also wrote a book called Walt Disney World Made Easy for Everyone, but rather than have it published, at this point we've decided to place all the material from the manuscript on this website so everyone can have access to it! I hope you enjoy it, and I hope it makes your day just a little bit brighter and easier.
